Kaiu is not a mortgage lender, broker, or advisor. Nothing on this site is mortgage, financial, tax, or legal advice, and nothing constitutes a mortgage approval, application, or a binding offer of any kind. Recommendations are not ranked by compensation. If you explicitly request an introduction, Kaiu may receive compensation from that introduction or a resulting transaction.
Estimates only
Every figure produced by the Mortgage Review and calculators — including the mortgage assessment, payment estimates, sensitivity analysis, prepayment impact, and refinance break-even — is a mathematical estimate based only on the numbers you enter. Results do not reflect live market rates, do not account for lender-specific terms or fees, and should not be relied on for a real financial decision without independently verifying the numbers, including with a licensed mortgage professional.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes related to your own mortgage understanding, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the calculators for purposes other than their intended use.
